So, I mentioned to the MGR of Panera about the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant and how disturbing/disappointing this is considering I had just spoken with the DSM of the store two weeks ago. Clearly, the MGR is not bothered by this. As for the photo of the booth that was posted by me a few minutes ago, well, the table has been dirty for over ten minutes and teo customers had to sit elsewhere because of this.
