Went to healthtrax again last night and enjoyed the swim! Proud of my attempts so far.

Healthtrax Visit
Today was my first visit to Healthtrax in Warwick. Swam for nearly 45 minutes then hit the hot tub. Both felt great, but I do need to contact my orthopaedic as my left shoulder was hurting and making a clicking sound while swimming. Ended up doing the dog paddle the length of the pool as this position did not hurt.
